As a Group Benefits Consultant with Hamilton + Partners, a People Corporation company, I help small and medium-sized businesses across Alberta design, implement, and manage employee benefit plans that support both recruitment and retention. On the group benefits side, I work with clients, typically 5 to 200 employees to build cost-effective health, dental, life, and disability programs, drawing on relationships with all major carriers to find the right fit for each organization's needs and budget.
Alongside benefits, I also advise on group retirement solutions, helping employers put group RRSPs, pension, and savings programs in place that give employees a meaningful path to long-term financial security, treating retirement planning as a natural extension of a well-rounded total rewards strategy rather than an afterthought.
My approach is consultative: understanding a client's workforce, industry, and goals first, then bringing forward tailored, sustainable solutions rather than one-size-fits-all packages. I'm based in Calgary and operate under the personal brand "The Group Benefits Guy"
