ABOUT THE Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce
Who We Are
The Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization, directed by a team of volunteers, dedicated to helping local businesses thrive in our community.
What We Do
Chamber members are invited to engage in valuable networking events to exchange ideas, make new business contacts, solve problems, lend support and plan for the future growth and direction of the business community. We offer industry and business insight and information at our monthly member luncheons, participate in community initiatives such as Parade Day, Community Cleanup and municipal events. We provide our members with a monthly newsletter of chamber events, and activities. We host and present The Okotoks Trade & Lifestyle show, Business Excellence Awards and other events throughout the year to connect you to your local business community.
As a member of the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce, you have access to Chambers owned Group Health Insurance coverage for you and your employees. As a charity arts organization, we love the connections that being a member with the Chamber brings to us. We have had training from and networking with local businesses because of our membership, and we are able to turn those into lifelong partnerships. Before becoming members, we did not consider ourselves part of the business community, but now we feel a vital part of it. No matter what type of business you are you belong here.

I’ve been a chamber member for two years and it has been a very positive experience. We have had some great opportunities to network, gain greater business exposure and support in our community through chamber programs such as. sharing your marketing on social platforms, Biz after 5 events and trade shows. I would highly recommend joining the Okotoks Chamber of Commerce to continue to grow as a community, promote and support one another in business; and develop strong networking connections that support the interest and goals of each member.

Restorative Sports Therapy
Back in August of 2013 we opened COBS Bread Okotoks!! We met lots of great people and have made lots of amazing connections to the community that has helped us immensely over the last 10 years at the bakery. Within a couple of months of opening the bakery we were a nominee and winner of the New Business of the Year award!! Through our partnership with the Chamber we have been involved in sponsorships, events, lunches, dinners, and panel boards.
We are proud to say that we are a member and partner and believe that we would not have been as successful without the help Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce. I believe that the Chamber has made the town of Okotoks and surrounding area a better place to live and play.
