• Commit to attending a monthly board meeting.
  
• Commit to actively participating on at least two committees
  
• Able to attend at least 75% of the General Meetings
  
• Be an Ambassador for the Chamber
  
• Participate in a Board Member Orientation
  
• Be familiar with the Bylaws, know the legal, fiscal and ethical responsibilities of a Board Member
  
• Support the Board policy once the decision is reached by the board
  
• Commit to serving on at least two committees
